Welcome to Settl. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Settl. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website or buys from us.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Settl is an Australian-made drink powder for nightly hydration and wind-down. Products are sold one tub at a time, by subscription or one-time, in Australian dollars including GST.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted only when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion. Payment is taken at checkout for one-time orders, and on each billing cycle for subscription orders.

Subscription

Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. The 10% subscribe-and-save discount is the only standing discount we offer.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend access at any time.

Intellectual property

The Settl name, wordmark and product copy are our property. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
