  • What is Settl?

    Settl is the nightly drink that settles the head and hydrates you through the night. Seven actives, magnesium glycinate, glycine, l-theanine, chamomile extract, inositol, sodium and potassium, in one scoop at the doses listed on the panel. Naturally flavoured. No melatonin. No sugar. No proprietary blends.

  • How do I take it?

    Mix one 9g scoop with about 200 ml of cold water. Stir. Drink 30 minutes before bed. The last thing you do before you brush your teeth.

  • Is it a medicine or a supplement?

    Settl is a nightly drink built around a considered wind-down stack, not a medicine. It's made in Australia, in a TGA GMP facility. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

  • Does it contain melatonin?

    No. Settl contains no melatonin. The ingredient list is on the panel and on the product page.

  • Can I take it every night?

    Settl is built for nightly use as part of your wind-down routine. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare professional before use.

  • What does it taste like?

    Naturally flavoured passionfruit. Sweetened with thaumatin, a natural sweetener. No added sugar.

  • When will my order ship?

    Order before 2pm AEST on a business day and your tub is dispatched the same day from Sydney. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. Free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

  • How does the subscription work?

    Subscribe and you get a tub each month for $99.95 inc. GST, with free shipping. That’s a $20 saving every month on the one-time price of $120. Your card is charged on the same day each month, the day your next tub is sent.

  • How do I pause, skip or cancel?

    From your account dashboard, anytime. Pause for as long as you need. Skip the next shipment. Change frequency. Cancel outright. No lock-in, no fees, no email-us-to-cancel hoops.

  • What is the 30-night first-tub promise?

    If your first tub of Settl doesn’t become part of your routine within 30 nights, email us and we’ll refund it. Opened or not. One promise per customer, on the first tub only.

  • Where is Settl made?

    Blended and packed in Australia. Dispatched from Sydney.
