  • What is Settl?

    Settl is a nightly sleep drink. Mix one scoop with cold water, 30 minutes before bed. Each tub holds 30 serves.

    It has seven active ingredients at the doses printed on the label: magnesium glycinate, glycine, l-theanine, chamomile extract, inositol, sodium and potassium. Naturally flavoured, no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. No melatonin. No sugar. No proprietary blends.

  • How do I take it?

    Mix one 9g scoop with about 200 ml of cold water. Stir. Drink 30 minutes before bed. The last thing you do before you brush your teeth.

  • Is it a medicine or a supplement?

    Settl is a nightly drink, not a medicine. Packed in Sydney, in a facility that holds a TGA manufacturing licence. Settl is a food, not a listed medicine. That licence is not a TGA approval of this product and we do not hold one. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

  • Does it contain melatonin?

    No. Settl contains no melatonin. The ingredient list is on the panel and on the product page.

  • Can I take it every night?

    Settl is built for nightly use as part of your wind-down routine. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare professional before use.

  • What does it taste like?

    Naturally flavoured passionfruit, no artificial flavours. Sweetened with thaumatin, a natural sweetener from the katemfe fruit. No added sugar.

  • When will my order ship?

    Order before 2pm Sydney time on a business day and your tub is dispatched the same day from Sydney. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. Free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

  • How does the subscription work?

    Subscribing is the cheaper way to buy. Your first tub is $69.99, then $89.99 a month. One-time is $99. Shipping is free. Your card is charged on the same day each month, when your next tub ships, until you cancel. There is no minimum term. All prices include GST.

  • How do I pause, skip or cancel?

    Log in to your account (Manage or cancel your subscription, in the footer). Choose skip, pause or cancel. You don’t need to contact us. Cancelling stops all future charges straight away. There is no notice period. A tub already charged still ships.

  • What is the 30-night first-tub promise?

    Give Settl 30 nights. Not sleeping better? Email us and we refund your first tub. No forms, no reason needed, no return shipping. Keep the tub.

  • Will I be reminded before I’m charged?

    Yes. We email you 3 days before every charge, so you can skip, pause, cancel or update your card first.

  • What does the first-tub price step up to?

    $69.99 is your first payment only. After that it’s $89.99 a month. On 2 tubs it’s $158 for the first order, then $178 every 2 months. On 3 tubs it’s $232 for the first order, then $252 every 3 months. All prices include GST.

  • Can I change how often it arrives?

    You can skip a month or pause for as long as you need. Email us if you want a different plan.

  • What if my card is declined?

    We’ll email you to update your card and try the payment again. Your next tub ships once the payment goes through.

  • Can I restart after I cancel?

    Yes. Start a new subscription from the product page anytime.

  • Where is Settl made?
