Returns and the first-tub promise

Settl is a consumable. We back it with a 30-night first-tub promise.

The first-tub promise

Try Settl for 30 nights. If it isn't part of your routine by night 30, email hello@besettl.com.au and we'll refund your tub — opened or not. One first-tub refund per customer.

Subsequent tubs

If you change your mind on tubs after the first, you can return unopened tubs within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less return shipping). Email us with your order number to start a return.

Damaged or faulty

If your tub arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Subscription

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
