Great score. Rough morning | Settl
98% sleep performance. 53% recovery.
Great score.Rough morning.
The watch says the hours were there. Your body files a different report. You did everything right and still woke up flat.
You know the gap because you look at it every morning. Time in bed, fine. Efficiency, fine. Recovery, red. And the way you feel agrees with the red one.
So you go back to the stack. Four or five tubs on the bench, five expiry dates, five reorder dates, all to get one night right. Some nights you are capping your own powders because you could not trust a blend to get the form right.
Get the timing slightly wrong and you are lying there at 2am wired, watching the ceiling, knowing exactly which decision did it.
You have already ruled most of this out
- Magnesium oxideCheap, barely absorbs, and half the time it is hiding inside something sold to you as glycinate.
- Proprietary sleep blendsNo exact milligrams on the panel, so no way to know if it is dosed or pixie dust.
- MelatoninFine for onset. You are optimising for waking up clear, so it is the wrong tool.
- Four or five separate capsulesFive bottles, five expiry dates, five reorders, one night.
- Capping your own raw powdersIt works, but now your nightly ritual is a bottling job at the bathroom sink.
- US-shipped stacksCorrect doses, then a three week wait and a customs lottery every reorder.
No persuasion, just the numbers
You already know these doses. You have just never had them in one glass.
145mg of elemental magnesium, as bisglycinate, not oxide wearing a glycinate name tag. 3g of glycine. 200mg of L-theanine at Suntheanine grade. 50mg of apigenin at 98% standardised. 900mg of myo-inositol.
Then the layer no capsule stack gives you: 1,000mg of sodium and 200mg of potassium, because the reason you wake up flat is not always the calm side of the equation.
No proprietary blend. No blend at all. Every active and its exact dose is printed, because you are going to check it line by line and you should.
It is the stack you would build yourself, minus the bottling session.
And no melatonin, which is a formulation decision, not an omission. You are optimising for how the morning goes, and a hormone still circulating at 7am is working against that.
Made in Australia in a TGA GMP facility. Order before 2pm AEST and it is dispatched the same day from Sydney, so no three week import wait and no customs guess on the reorder.

Every active, every dose, nothing hidden
Read the panel before you believe a word of this.
You judge products on form, dose and full-panel transparency, so this is the whole argument. Read it, compare it against what you are paying for now across four tubs, and price the admin you get back.
Seven actives in a 10g scoop. The balance is stevia and monk fruit, malic acid, natural passionfruit flavour and anti-caking. No sugar, no melatonin, no proprietary blend.
It was my own nightly routine first
I was taking a hydration scoop and five separate sleep actives every night, out of five different tubs, because that was the only way to get the doses I wanted. Settl is that routine in one scoop. Nothing was added to make the label look better, and five ingredients from the first draft were cut because I do not take them.
It is what I drink before bed, every night. That is the whole reason it exists.
Cheers, Roy

What we are not going to show you
Settl is new, so there are no customer reviews on this page. No star ratings, no quotes with a first name and a suburb, no counts. When there are real ones we will publish them, and until then you get the panel, the promise and the reason the formula exists. If you have read enough sleep-supplement pages to be suspicious of this one, that suspicion is well earned. Judge the numbers.

Before you decide
Is the magnesium figure elemental or compound weight?
Elemental. 145mg of elemental magnesium, from roughly 1,000mg of magnesium bisglycinate. The glycine total on the panel includes what that chelate carries, which is why it is stated as a total rather than as added free glycine.
Why no melatonin and no ashwagandha?
Melatonin is an onset tool and the goal here is a clear morning. Ashwagandha, tart cherry, taurine, zinc and B6 were all in an earlier draft and were cut, because the formula is built to be one person's actual nightly stack rather than a long ingredient list.
What if it does nothing for me?
Then you get your money back and you keep the tub. Every first tub carries a 30-night promise: if Settl is not part of your routine by night 30, email hello@besettl.com.au and we refund it, opened or not. Your word is enough. No return postage, no forms.
Is there melatonin in it?
None. Not a low dose, not a "natural" version. Zero. That is the entire point of the formula.
Will it wreck my stomach?
The magnesium is bisglycinate, the gentle chelated form. The cheap forms that sent you running are oxide and citrate. Same mineral, completely different night.
What does it taste like?
Passionfruit, sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. No sugar. One scoop into cold water, stir, drink. If the taste is the reason you quit every powder you have bought, the 30-night promise covers that too.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Any time, from your account, no email required. Or order a single tub one-time at $120 and never think about it again.
Where is it made and how fast does it ship?
Manufactured in Australia, in a TGA GMP facility. Shipping is included in the price for all Australian orders. Order before 2pm AEST and it is dispatched the same day from Sydney.
