Wake less at 3am.The glass by your bed is not doing it.
Settl is a nightly sleep drink with a full evening electrolyte layer. Get to sleep faster. Wake less at 3am. Sleep deeper. Wake up refreshed.
Try the first tubFirst tub $69.99, then $89.99 a month. Skip, pause or cancel anytime. Or $99 one time.

- Get to sleep fasterThe head settles instead of replaying the day.
- Wake less at 3amYou stay under through the back half of the night.
- Sleep deeperNot six broken hours. A night you get through.
- Wake up refreshedClear at 7am. No melatonin, no morning fog.
For anyone who wakes up drier than they went to bed
The water by your bednever makes it to morning.
You fill the glass every night. Some nights it is empty by three and you are up filling it again. You wake up with a mouth like paper and a head that has not started yet.
So you drink more during the day, and all that buys you is more trips to the bathroom before midnight. You drink less after eight, and you wake up parched instead.
Neither one fixes it, because the problem is not how much water you put in. It is that eight hours is a long time to hold onto any of it.
You have already tried the obvious things
- A bigger glass by the bedEmptied faster. Same mouth in the morning.
- Drinking a litre before bedBought you three trips to the bathroom and a broken night.
- Cutting water after 8pmFewer trips, worse mornings. You just moved the problem.
- A sports electrolyte sachetBuilt for a workout in the sun. Sugar, caffeine in some of them, and nothing that helps you wind down.
Why more water was never the answer
You do not need more water. You need something to hold it.
Water on its own moves through you. What keeps it where it is useful is the electrolyte layer around it, sodium first, then potassium and magnesium.
That is why a litre before bed does nothing except wake you up. Plain water with nothing to hold it is a trip to the bathroom, not overnight hydration.
The fix is an evening electrolyte layer, dosed for eight hours of nothing, not for a workout.
Done properly that means real sodium and potassium alongside the things that let the day end: magnesium in the gentle chelated form, glycine, L-theanine, chamomile extract, inositol.
One drink that handles the wind-down and the hydration together, instead of a glass of water hoping to do the job of both.
One scoop, cold water, before bed
Wake up hydrated, not parched.
Settl is the drink that was missing from the bedside table. Not another glass of water. The thing that makes the water count.
-
Wake up hydrated
A full evening electrolyte layer, sodium and potassium at real doses, built for eight hours without water.
-
Stop the 3am glass
Hold the hydration through the night instead of getting up to top it up.
-
No sugar, no caffeine
Nothing in it that belongs in a sports drink at 10pm.
-
The day ends too
The same scoop carries the wind-down actives, so it is one drink, not two.

Every active, every dose, nothing hidden
Read the panel before you believe a word of this.
Hydration claims are easy to make and cheap to fake, so here is the panel. Every active, exact milligrams, the sodium and potassium in plain numbers. Compare it to whatever sachet is in your cupboard.
Seven actives in a 9g scoop. The balance is citric acid, thaumatin and natural passionfruit flavour. No sugar, no melatonin, no proprietary blend.
It was my own nightly routine first
I was taking a hydration scoop and five separate sleep actives every night, out of five different tubs, because that was the only way to get the doses I wanted. Settl is that routine in one scoop, and five ingredients from the first draft were cut because I do not take them.
It is what I drink before bed, every night. That is the whole reason it exists.
Cheers, Roy

What people say once they have run it a month
Every one of these answers a thing people actually say before they buy, because those are the only reviews worth printing.
"I have tried everything and none of it worked."
Three half finished tubs in the cupboard and I nearly did not order this one. Three weeks in and I am sleeping through. I used to be a great sleeper. I think I am again.
Anna, Manly, NSW
"Magnesium and my stomach do not get along."
Every magnesium I have taken sent me to the bathroom instead of to sleep. This one has not, not once. I read the label and it is glycinate, which explains it.
Priya, Castle Hill, NSW
"I cannot afford a foggy morning."
I was the melatonin parent and I paid for it every single morning. No 3am wake now, and no fog at 7am. My first meeting gets the good version of me.
Dan, Cronulla, NSW
"It is a lot of money for a powder."
I added up the four separate tubs on my bench plus the wine I was drinking to switch off. This is cheaper than the bench was, and it is one delivery instead of four.
Michelle, Newtown, NSW
"I will start it and abandon it like the rest."
It tastes like cordial and takes thirty seconds, so I actually do it. Ninety nights and I have not skipped one. That has never happened with anything else I have bought.
Tom, Mosman, NSW
"Will it stop working after a couple of months?"
That was my worry, because everything else did. Four months in and it is the same night it was in week two. There is nothing in it to keep upping, which I think is the whole point.

First tub $69.99, then $89.99 a month
The night is already the most expensive thing in your week.
Settl is not competing with a $20 tub of magnesium. It is competing with what you are already spending to get through a bad night, and with what the bad night takes off you the next day.
The bench it replaces
A magnesium, a glycine, a theanine, an electrolyte and something for the 3am wake. Five tubs, five expiry dates, five reorders, and the doses were still a guess. Settl is one scoop and one delivery.
The 9pm glass to switch off
It works in twenty minutes and then it is the thing staring at the ceiling with you at three. Costed over a month it is not the cheaper option, and it takes the back half of the night with it.
The morning after a broken night
The extra coffees, the hour you never get back, the short fuse by 3pm. The broken night is already the most expensive thing in your week, and you are paying for it nightly.

Before you decide
Will the sodium make me puffy?
It is dosed as an overnight electrolyte layer, not a sports drink. If you are on a sodium-restricted diet, check the panel above with your doctor first.
Will it make me get up to go to the bathroom?
The point of the electrolyte layer is the opposite. It is there so the fluid stays where it is useful instead of passing straight through, which is what a plain glass of water before bed does.
What if it does nothing for me?
Give Settl 30 nights. Not sleeping better? Email us and we refund your first tub. No forms, no reason needed, no return shipping. Keep the tub.
Is there melatonin in it?
None. Not a low dose, not a "natural" version. Zero. That is the entire point of the formula.
Will it wreck my stomach?
The magnesium is glycinate, the gentle chelated form. The cheap forms that sent you running are oxide and citrate. Same mineral, completely different night.
What does it taste like?
Passionfruit, sweetened with thaumatin. No sugar. One scoop into cold water, stir, drink. If the taste is the reason you quit every powder you have bought, the 30-night promise covers that too.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, no email required. Or order a single tub one-time at $99 and never think about it again.
Where is it made and how fast does it ship?
